Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager / Technology Delivery Lead to join our Claims Technology Delivery team within the Fraud, Claims, and Consumer Credit Assistance Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira, and end-to-end project execution, and a proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and compliance to achieve successful technology outcomes aligned to Bank of America Enterprise Change Management Standards.


Responsibilities:



  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium technology changes and projects across multiple teams.

  • Communicate work objectives, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into project health.

  • Facilitate cross-organizational sync points and delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and impediment removal to protect timelines and scope.

  • Align execution with stakeholder and sponsor requirements while managing scope, timeline, quality, and cost expectations.

  • Support resource planning and coordinate delivery across cross-functional technical, product, and business teams.

  • Manage project financials and reporting, providing concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure all audit and change evidence documentation complies with Enterprise Change standards and timelines.

  • Act as an individual contributor with ownership to drive projects to completion.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technology delivery with strong business understanding.

  • Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira, and solid Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint), and experience with SharePoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present project health clearly and engage senior leadership.

  • Ability to work across multiple locations and time zones and influence across levels and functions.

  • Organized, self-directed, and delivery focused with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience leading technology teams to deliver business outcomes within a Scrum framework.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and drive mitigation plans in complex, changing environments.


Preferred Skills:



  • Prior Bank of America experience in Technology Project Manager or Technology Delivery Lead roles.

  • PMP certification.


Role Logistics & Interview Process:



  • Start month: August.

  • Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite per week, onsite from day 1.

  • Interview: Two rounds. Video required. Glider ID verification.

  • Maximum submissions per vendor: 3.
