Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Developer/Consultant designs, develops, tests, and supports custom reports, analytics, and data extracts within Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development: Build complex operational and transactional reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher (BIP).
Data Extraction: Configure and manage outbound data extracts using [HCM Extracts] and BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) for third-party integrations.
Data Modeling: Write optimized SQL queries, data models, and fast formulas to extract HR, payroll, benefits, and compensation data.
System Maintenance: Troubleshoot report performance issues, validate output data accuracy, and participate in quarterly cloud release regression testing.
Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex HR requirements into actionable dashboard metrics and scheduled reports.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 8+ years working with Oracle HCM Cloud architectures and reporting frameworks.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher layout editor, OTBI subject areas, and web services.
Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR, payroll, or talent management modules within Oracle Fusion.
