SAP Concur Travel Consultant

Introduction:

As a SAP Concur Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for working on client''s key operations and business solutions. This involves analyzing, designing, and developing client''s information systems and program specifications, as well as providing technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environments. Your role will also include coding, testing, debugging applications and programs, and assisting in testing, training, and production support.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Concur including travel booking and reporting
• Understand integration between Concur Travel and other systems
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation FTR
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Lead design workshop sessions and requirements gathering
• Support Concur Travel configuration, system, and integration testing
• Manage testing and defects efficiently

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration including travel booking and reporting
• Understanding of integration between Concur Travel and other systems
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation FTR
• Effective communication skills
• Certified as Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration
• Experience in Concur Travel & Expense and Request implementation (3+ years)
• Able to lead design workshop sessions and design requirements gathering
• Support Concur Travel configuration, system, and integration testing
• Support testing and defect management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
• Experience with GSA Travel reporting Tool
