Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and development, along with a solid understanding of insurance domain processes. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter applications. Develop business rules, workflows, and user interfaces. Implement integrations with external systems using Guidewire APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues as needed. Enhance existing ClaimCenter implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications 69 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience. Strong proficiency in Guidewire Studio, Gosu programming language, XML, and Java. Hands-on experience with ClaimCenter configuration, rules engine, and data model. Experience with SOAP and REST web services. Strong knowledge of messaging, batch processes, and system integrations. Solid understanding of insurance domain processes, particularly Claims management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar integration platforms. Exposure to Guidewire Cloud implementations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ClaimCenter applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelors Degree
