Salesforce BSA - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design activities in Salesforce in collaboration with architects and business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Cloud implementations.
• Prepare detailed documentation including epics, user stories, scope documents, gap analysis, use cases, and solution design artifacts.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment of solutions.
• Build prototype configurations in Salesforce to support design and validation phases.
• Participate in CRM roadmap planning and enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Coordinate with development, configuration, and testing teams during build and deployment phases.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and design brainstorming sessions with global stakeholders.
• Manage requirement tracking and collaboration using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Support multiple parallel Salesforce programs in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives, to drive project alignment and confidence.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Hands-on experience in 4 5 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (minimum 6 months each).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Data Cloud.
• Expertise in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum of Scrums environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across global teams.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administration and/or Consulting certifications.
• Experience in healthcare payer domain, especially within sales processes.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce code optimization.
• Experience in solution architecture or technical design within Salesforce.
• Ability to handle flexible working hours for global team collaboration.
