Must-Have Skills:

Icertis CLM – 8+ years of hands-on enterprise implementation experience.
Strong experience in Greenfield & Brownfield Icertis implementations.
Proven experience in contract data migration and migration pipelines.
Strong knowledge of Icertis Data Architecture, Rules Framework & REST APIs.
Hands-on with Contract Generation, Workflows, Templates & Clause Management.
Experience with ICI Connectors and integrations with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, etc.
Experience with Icertis Native Sign / DocuSign / Adobe Sign.
Strong understanding of SSO, SAML/OAuth and User Management.
Experience with Icertis AI capabilities – Vera, Copilot & Analytics.
Strong solution design, architecture and customer workshop experience.
Experience creating BRD, Functional Specifications, test scripts and user guides.
Icertis Certified Professional preferred / highly preferred.
Telecom/Telco domain experience preferred.
