ServiceNow Architect - Remote- 6 Months

ServiceNow Architect either ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/Procurement/ ITSM AI modules.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

• Lead ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and technical implementation.
• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Design scalable workflows and automation across enterprise business functions.
• Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Procurement, CSM, SPM, GRC/SecOps, and AI capabilities.
• Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Design and support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Support SSO, IAM, and enterprise authentication integrations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, AI Agents, and Virtual Agent.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Hands on Experience in ServiceNow architecture, solution design, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of:
• ITOM
• ITAM
• HRSD
• Procurement / Source-to-Pay
• ServiceNow AI / Now Assist / AI Agents
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting knowledge.
• Experience with SSO/IAM and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
