Summary

Role: ServiceNow Architect / Lead

Location: USA (Remote)

Visa: Permanent Residents

Duration: 6+ months

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture or lead roles.
Strong experience implementing at least one of the following modules:

ITOM
ITAM
ITSM
HRSD
Procurement Operations

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, Discovery, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
Strong scripting experience in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Service Portal.
Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Highly Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in:

ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
HRSD

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are a plus.
