Job Title: Project Manager (IT / Data Platform)
Duration : 12 Months
Note: This is a 100% remote role and candidate must be available for the presentation on
Tuesday 5/19/26- 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM (IF shortlisted)
Role Summary:
Leads end-to-end delivery of the Data Access Portal, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Master Project Plan, RACI, Risk Register, and rollout strategy
Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI, Dev, QA, UX, Data, Security)
Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Oversee risk/issue management and escalation processes
Ensure compliance with State governance, security, and reporting standards
Required Skills:
8+ years IT project management
Experience with Agile/Scrum + Government projects
Tools: Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps
Strong stakeholder and vendor management
