Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Integration
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom .NET applications and APIs to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party and internal systems
  • Build and support middleware solutions using .NET for inbound and outbound Oracle integrations
  • Leverage Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) to load and manage HCM data where appropriate
  • Develop robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration processes
Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations
  • Integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with external vendor platforms, including:
    • I-9 verification and background check processing
    • Training and compliance integrations
    • Training, rostering, and coursework management
  • Support integrations with internal legacy .NET applications
  • Extend and enhance existing API patterns (e.g., Oracle Learning Origami) for future integrations
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams supporting HR, Safety, and Finance initiatives
  • Collaborate with Oracle SMEs and DBAs to ensure data accuracy, performance, and compliance with Oracle standards
  • Operate effectively within an environment where Oracle Cloud configuration is owned externally
Technical Skills & Experience
Required
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET application development (C#, APIs, services)
  • Solid working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including:
    • Core modules and data structures
    • Data loading processes and flows
  • Proven experience with:
    • Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    • Custom .NET API development
    • Building and supporting middleware integrations
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle databases
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Oracle DBAs and external Oracle support teams
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating HR, training, compliance, or finance systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns in regulated or controlled environments
  • Experience working in vendor-style delivery models within a Oracle ecosystem
Environment & Constraints
  • All Oracle standards, protocols, and API availability are centrally controlled
  • This role does not involve Oracle Cloud HCM configuration-that work is handled by internal SMEs
  • The focus is strictly on .NET development and integration delivery
Example Project Work
  • Building middleware between Oracle Cloud HCM and training platforms
  • Streamlining onboarding and recruiting workflows through custom integrations
  • Supporting I-9 and background check automation
  • Exchanging coursework and compliance data between Oracle and Origami
  • Developing finance-related integrations (e.g., external transaction data flowing into Oracle ERP)
