15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in pre-Sales or Solutions leadership
Proven track record closing large, complex QE deals in IT services or consulting
Deep expertise: Test Automation, Performance, API, Security & AI-driven Testing
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps/CI-CD ecosystems
Executive presence with strong commercial acumen and storytelling ability
ISTQB Advanced/Expert, PMP, or CSM certification preferred
Bachelor’s / master''s in computer science, IT, or Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Own QE Pre-Sales strategy and large-deal RFX pursuits end-to-end
Architect enterprise QA/QE transformation roadmaps (Functional, Automation, Performance, AI-led Testing)
Lead C-suite engagement, proposal defence, and deal closures
Drive QE discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and PoCs
Define pricing, SoWs, and commercial constructs
Champion AI-in-QE: GenAI testing, self-healing frameworks, intelligent defect analytics
Build and scale the Pre-Sales and QE Solutions team
