Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application development, system analysis, troubleshooting, and leading complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications and integrations
• Lead complex system analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and system specifications
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide long-term solutions
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate project activities
• Follow development standards, security, and compliance requirements
Required Skills:
• 6+ years of application development / systems analysis experience
• Strong Salesforce development and integration experience
• Experience with project coordination and technical leadership
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, debugging, and system documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Preferred:
• Banking or financial domain experience
• Experience with integrated enterprise applications
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
