Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer/Engineer with strong enterprise banking experience to support complex application development initiatives within a large-scale banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Apex, Flows, Validation Rules, and declarative development, along with experience in testing, debugging, and enterprise delivery processes.

This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can independently drive development activities, collaborate across teams, and contribute within a fast-paced Agile environment with high performance expectations.

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience required
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working within Agile / SAFe ART environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications and enhancements
• Build complex business processes using Apex, Flows, and declarative tools
• Perform system analysis, development, testing, and debugging
• Execute UAT and regression testing activities
• Collaborate with business units, development teams, and technology stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation and specifications
• Support Agile delivery processes and Jira ticket management
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members when required

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience
• 3+ years of Banking Industry experience in enterprise environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within team environments
