About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead and execute user research initiatives that inform product design and development. The ideal candidate will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. This role works closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve product usability and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Design and execute research methods such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, and concept testing.
  • Analyze and synthesize research data into clear insights, user needs, and actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex research findings into compelling presentations, reports, and storytelling to influence product strategy and design decisions.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Identify usability issues, user pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop research plans, study protocols, and participant recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize UX research tools and platforms to conduct and analyze research studies.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX research experience supporting web, mobile, or digital product development.
  • Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using UX research tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, Survey tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX design processes, product development lifecycle, and user-centered design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive products.
  • Knowledge of information architecture, journey mapping, and behavioral analytics.
  • Experience in Agile or product-led development environments.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies including generative AI and user behavior analytics
