Location: Elgin, IL (Remote)
Experience: 10+ years overall | 4 5+ years recent Blue Prism

Required Skills

• Blue Prism RPA design, development, deployment, and maintenance

• End-to-end bot development & orchestration

• RPA architecture & solution design (scalable and secure)

• Code reviews, best practices, and standards enforcement

• Bot monitoring, incident handling, RCA, and recovery

• Performance tuning (bots & environment), capacity planning

• Client-facing communication and requirement gathering

• Team leadership, mentoring, and task tracking

• Agile/Scrum, SDLC

• Strong documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and across global time zones

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade Blue Prism RPA solutions

• Lead and mentor RPA developers

• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and client teams

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve bot performance

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates
