Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP EAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of plant maintenance, asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EAM / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work on equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance notifications.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance processes, including maintenance orders and work orders.
• Configure and support breakdown maintenance, work scheduling, resource planning, and maintenance execution.
• Support integration between SAP EAM and other SAP modules, including MM, FI/CO, and PP, as required.
• Participate in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot SAP EAM issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.
• Good understanding of plant maintenance and asset management business processes.
• Experience with maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment management.
• Knowledge of equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance strategies, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Understanding of integration with SAP MM and FI/CO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to maintenance.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and maintenance process improvements.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
