Job overview:
The Modeling and Analytics Lead is a dynamic, self-motivated individual, able to work as a
collaborative member of the Modeling and Analytics team to support the development of a
Bond Administration application. This will include the maintenance of bond payment
models, troubleshooting of bond payment differences, and providing requirements for
application defects and enhancements.
Key Job Functions:
• Reverse engineer and maintain deal level pay rules used to calculate multi-class
securitization factors and payments
• Onboard securities/deals to facilitate bond administration, bond disclosure and IRS tax
calculations and reporting
• Participate in status meetings with clients and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to identify and implement system
and process improvement opportunities
• Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff
of assigned business unit(s), or develop specifications for such queries or analyses to be
performed by others
• Lead/participate in testing and acceptance of newly developed platform functionality

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, technical discipline, or industry
related experience
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years with 3 years of related experience in the Mortgage-backed Securities
industry.
• Knowledge of MBS and the housing finance industry
• Strong analytical and technical skillset (e.g. SQL, VBA, C++) including Excel formulas and
functions
• Experience with Intex or related software a plus
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player and has the capacity to work collaboratively and effectively with cross
functional teams in a fast-paced environment
