Position Summary

The Recruiter & Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting HR operations, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline, improving HR processes, and fostering a highperforming, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage fullcycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, events).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
  • Create and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (timetofill, qualityofhire, pipeline health).

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data on paper and Paychex Flex.
  • Support benefits administration, time-off tracking, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in employee relations activities and support conflictresolution processes.
  • Help support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent operations.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
