High volume healthcare recruiting isn’t for everyone. It takes speed, structure, resilience and real leadership. Especially in the physical therapy space where licensure, compliance, and candidate experience all matter.
We’re looking for candidates in Washington to be a Lead Recruiter who can do two things at the same time: deliver results and develop people.
Must live in Washington
You’ll own full cycle recruiting across multiple locations and specialties, managing high requisition loads from intake through offer and onboarding. But you’ll also help shape the recruiting engine, coach team members, and raise the bar on execution.
This is about building pipelines that stay warm, reducing time to fill, and creating a candidate experience that feels professional and personal at scale.
Must haves
• Leadership experience with responsibility for guiding or developing recruiters
• Strong physical therapy recruiting experience in high volume environments
• Experience managing repeat, multi location openings
• Full cycle recruiting expertise including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools to manage large candidate pools
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, licensure, and credential verification
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Nice to have
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field
• Experience running recruitment marketing campaigns or hiring events
• Strong comfort reporting on recruiting metrics and improving processes based on data
You’ll be sourcing across job boards, referrals, social channels, and talent communities. You’ll run high volume phone screens. Coordinate interviews efficiently. Partner with HR and compliance on background checks and credentialing. Negotiate offers within approved ranges. And ensure every step is documented and compliant.
This is a fast paced, metric driven environment. It requires organization, urgency, and the ability to keep both hiring managers and candidates feeling informed and supported.
