**Job Summary**
The Operations Lead supports factory operations with a focus on Materials Management, Planning, and Delivery Assurance. This role partners with program teams, factory leadership, and customers to ensure production stays on schedule and delivery commitments are met.
This is a hands-on role on the production floor, responsible for tracking WIP, identifying risks, and communicating status and recovery plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor production and supply chain activity to ensure on-time delivery
* Identify risks and drive mitigation plans with planning, materials, and operations teams
* Track WIP, identify bottlenecks, and ensure alignment to the master schedule
* Provide clear status updates, reporting, and executive-level summaries
* Coordinate across internal teams and customers to align priorities
**Core Qualifications**
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations
* Background in materials management, planning, and/or supply chain
* Hands-on experience working on the shop floor
* Familiarity with SAP (Planning/Materials/Production) and reporting tools (Tableau or similar)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
* U.S. Citizenship required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* BS degree
* Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
* Experience building dashboards or improving reporting processes
