Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 10 working in an Electrical Test environment. Shop environment experience is a must, planning/scheduling of work flow thru test cells, validating routers. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Must be able to present to leadership the status of work flowing thru. KPIs include OTD (on time delivery). This is onsite support in Plant 8 Rockford, First shift working Military and Space products.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervisory/planning/ execution role who is comfortable in a shop environment
* Coordination of flow thru cell, router validation
* assigning and prioritizing their work loads.
Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of experience working with aerospace manufacturing systems: PLC, SCADA, MES
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* Test background with Electrical and some mechanical exposure
* SAP and Solumina experience required
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to pivot with changes of inputs
* Detail oriented but also can see larger scope and picture
* Due to the nature of the work ship is required
