Information Systems Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Information Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes. This position will be contract and hybrid in Hershey, PA.

What You ll Do

• Manage telecom and network invoice actions

• Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software

• Maintain accurate asset record keeping

• Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors

• Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested

What You ll Need

Required:

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience

• ServiceNow SAM/HAM

• Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and procurement activities

• Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Preferred:

• SAP Ariba

• IS-related industry experience
