Role – Senior ERP Migration QA / Test Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC – Onsite/In-Person

We are looking for a Senior QA / Test Lead with strong ERP migration, E2E testing, UAT, and Supply Chain experience to support a large-scale ERP Migration Program.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of QA experience, strong supply chain business-process knowledge, and hands-on experience leading testing across SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end (E2E) test planning and execution across the ERP migration lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, data migration, and reconciliation testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Lead and support in-person UAT sessions in Charlotte, NC.
• Coordinate business users, facilitate defect triage, and support UAT sign-off.
• Track, triage, and manage defects through resolution.
• Report testing progress, coverage, quality metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership.
• Validate critical Supply Chain processes during ERP migration, including:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse & Distribution
  • Supply Chain Planning
• Ensure functional parity and data integrity between legacy and target ERP systems.
• Partner with functional consultants and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA / Testing experience.
• Strong experience with ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Proven E2E testing experience across multiple project phases.
• Strong experience leading or heavily supporting UAT.
• Excellent Supply Chain domain knowledge.
• Experience with order management, inventory, procurement, warehouse/distribution, and/or planning.
• Strong defect management and test coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Must be US-based/onshore and able to work in person in the Charlotte, NC area during UAT.

• Experience with major ERP platforms such as:
  • Infor M3
  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • NetSuite
• Experience with test management tools:
  • Azure DevOps
  • JIRA / Xray
  • qTest
• Data migration and data reconciliation testing experience.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or complex distribution environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation/migration programs.
