A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer.

Role: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location : Hartford CT– Onsite Role

Must have Required Skills:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent) – Mandatory
DMAIC / DMADV Methodology Expertise
Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis & Gap Assessment
Data Analysis, KPI Development & Control Plan Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead DMAIC/DMADV process improvement initiatives and kaizen events with cross-functional teams
Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments
Develop data-driven business cases and improvement roadmaps for senior leadership
Establish KPIs and control plans to sustain gains post-implementation
Collaborate with leadership and client stakeholders to deliver against engagement objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active LSS Black Belt certification (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent) — mandatory
8+ years in process improvement or operational excellence roles
Strong facilitation and executive communication skills

**Must be onsite at one of three locations: Hartford CT, Atlanta, or St. Paul**

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45 - $50/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
