Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in St. Augustine, FL. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and facilitate the recruitment process for engineering positions. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients, understanding and addressing their staffing needs, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and ensuring successful placements. The role also involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of market trends to provide top-tier service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering client relationships.
• Experience in business development, account management, or client services, preferably within staffing or technical industries.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams to identify suitable candidates for engineering positions.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Familiarity with tools and software for client relationship management and reporting is beneficial.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence.
