Role Overview:
Manages strategic client relationships in the U.S. market. This role carries direct revenue responsibility, builds executive-level relationships, and drives account growth through trusted partnership, business insight, and effective collaboration with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with assigned key clients, serving as the senior point of contact.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve an annual revenue target of USD 3–5 million across the account portfolio.
Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in line with client needs.
Work with Delivery Directors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
Act as an escalation point for issues and resolve them promptly.
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and regular check-ins with clients.
Track market trends and provide insights to clients and InApp leadership.
Negotiate renewals, agreements, and commercial terms
Report on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to expand presence within client organizations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. An MBA is preferred but not required.
10+ years in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in enterprise account management or strategic sales.
Record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build executive relationships.
Experience managing large accounts in industries such as manufacturing, construction, financial services, or technology.
Knowledge of IT service offerings including custom software development, cloud services, digital transformation, and AI/data solutions.
Analytical and strategic, with ability to manage details while keeping focus on business outcomes.
Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams in a global environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20–30%).
