Summary

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Analyst for a 5-month contract in Jersey City, NJ 07302.

Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

Contract Duration: 5 Months
Required Skills & Experience

5 years of relevant experience.
Electromechanical experience is preferred.
Experience repairing laser and wide-format printers.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Deliver clear technical assistance to onsite technicians over the phone.
Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
