The Role

Design and build scalable full-stack systems used by engineering and operations teams

Lead projects end-to-end from architecture through production

Develop APIs, microservices, and internal tools optimized for reliability and performance

Improve platform observability, monitoring, and operational tooling

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate internal needs into technical solutions

Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and long-term architecture

Requirements (Desired)

5+ years of full-stack experience in cloud-native environments

Strong backend skills (Rust, Go, Node.js, or Python)

Strong frontend skills (React, Next.js, or similar)

Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable systems

Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure

Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and modern DevOps practices

Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, data, and frontend layers

Nice to Have

Experience with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)

Experience building real-time dashboards or monitoring systems
