Pay Range: $18.00hr - $23.00hr
Job Overview:
The candidate manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand. The role involves setting up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature while following established procedures for operating various conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment. The candidate will resolve routine issues related to the organization s production, machinery, and processing operations.

Screenings:
The candidate must complete the following screenings:
- Basic background check.
- 11 Panel Drug + Fentanyl screening.
- Medical screenings including vision (near, far, color, depth, and peripheral).
- Vital signs and urine dip analysis.
- Whisper test.
- Audiogram, noise, and hearing questionnaire.
- Spirometry and OSHA respirator questionnaire.
- Lifting assessment of 30 pounds.
Responsibilities:
The candidate performs the full range of established procedures and will typically be considered skilled through on-the-job experience. The candidate resolves routine issues without supervisory approval and works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature.
- Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts, tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials.
- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
- Resolves issues related to the organization s production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):
- Ability to lift and push up to 2500KG s in an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to pass a lifting assessment of 30 pounds.
