UI / UX Designer II (Need Locals)

A highly skilled and experienced UI / UX Designer II is sought to join a growing team. Job Description 

As a UI / UX Designer II, you will provide expertise in user experience and interface design within a given domain. You will identify design and usability needs, take on design responsibilities for moderately complex features and workflows, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business partners.  

Responsibilities 

• Design intuitive, usercentered experiences for web and applicationbased products 
• Create and maintain design artifacts including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes 
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions 
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design and delivery lifecycle 
• Apply and contribute to established design systems, patterns, and visual standards 
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards 
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from peers and stakeholders 
• Support usability testing efforts and incorporate findings into actionable design improvements 
• Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure alignment with team standards and processes 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating endtoend design thinking and execution 
• Experience designing responsive and accessible user interfaces 
• Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar) 
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences 
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative product development processes 
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail 

Nice to Haves 

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a shared design system 
• Exposure to usability testing and user research techniques 
• Experience designing for complex, datadriven, or enterprise applications 
• Knowledge of Financial Services or regulated environments 
• Previous experience mentoring or leading design initiatives
