Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst that ideally has supported marketing and sales teams and is familiar with their data sets. The Marketing Data Analyst is a high-impact, highly visible role responsible for delivering actionable business intelligence to executive leadership to support accurate, efficient, and data-driven financial and operational decision-making. This role serves as a trusted analytics partner, translating complex datasets into insights that guide investment decisions, performance optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. This person will lead performance analysis across multiple growth and acquisition channels-including paid search, paid social, affiliate/partner programs, and direct mail-providing clarity into key business metrics and trends. Acting as a subject matter expert in analytics, this role supports cross-functional stakeholders by ensuring data accuracy, analytical rigor, and clear storytelling through data. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex analytical problems, and can transform raw data into meaningful insights that influence strategy. The role also owns critical aspects of data instrumentation and tracking, ensuring that events, pixels, tags, and measurement frameworks are accurate, privacy-compliant, and scalable. This person will collaborate with business partners and technical teams to gather, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making across the organization. This role synthesizes insights from multiple data sources-including campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends-to influence budget allocation, evaluate ROI, and improve the effectiveness of initiatives across both digital and traditional channels.
