The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue generation, RFQ-to-PO conversion, strategic customer acquisition, and long-term order book creation across sectors including industrial equipment, semiconductor equipment, energy, medical devices, and precision engineering.
The ideal candidate should possess strong global sales exposure, deep understanding of precision manufacturing and CNC machining, and a proven record of personally closing high-value international deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ₹75–100 Cr revenue realization through successful RFQ-to-PO conversions within short sales cycles.
- Build and sustain a forward order book worth ₹1,000–2,000 Cr for future business growth.

- Personally lead critical customer negotiations and strategic account closures.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and lead-generation teams.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver manufacturable and margin-aligned solutions.
- Represent the organization as a global precision manufacturing partner across US and European markets.
- Ensure EBITDA-focused and margin-driven business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15–22 years of experience in global B2B sales within precision manufacturing environments.

- Proven experience in personally closing high-value POs ranging between ₹5–20 Cr.
- Strong understanding of RFQ management and international sales cycles.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
- Player-coach mindset with a hands-on sales approach.
