?This role is in the?Disney Global Product Creation?organization within Technology for Disney Experiences. This role works closely with?Publishing?and Brand teams?from across the company.???

?The?Senior Product Manager will report to the?Manager, Product Management.?

?What you will do:

  • Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, for defined product features or experiences?

  • Develop product requirements and user stories that translate technical needs into clear functional capabilities?

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams?

  • Responsible for execution?in various?product areas, including solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration?

  • Define product success metrics and deliver value?

  • Contribute to the design, enhancement, and integration of software features?with?third?party SaaS solutions and multiple internal systems?

  • Partner with engineering teams to address challenges related to new technologies, testing approaches, and technical architecture?

  • Apply knowledge of innovative?technologies, including AI?to improve product outcomes and user experience

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; regularly share relevant insights with the team?

  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences using strong verbal and written communication skills?

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Experience in creating roadmaps, user personas, and other product artifacts

  • Comfortable working in JIRA , Smartsheet and Microsoft tools

  • Proficient in stakeholder management and articulating technical trade-offs?

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Executive presence and experience presenting to leadership?

  • Experience using AI tools and agents for Product Management such as Claude CoWork, ChatGPT, Cursor or Copilot

  • Experience with Publishing platforms, including non-linear workflows and data asset management?

Required Education:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field of study and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $140,000-$170,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate?s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
