Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale projects within banking/financial services. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure
Lead implementation and delivery of large, complex projects
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance
Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure quality outcomes
Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity) for tracking and reporting
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and time tracking
Travel up to 20% as required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of project management experience (preferably in banking/financial services or software)
Strong experience in client-facing roles
Knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle
PMP certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Experience with tools like MS Project, Clarity, etc.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
Risk management and problem-solving skills
Business acumen and ability to drive project outcomes
Ability to adapt quickly and work in dynamic environments
