Job Title: : Oracle EPM techno-functional Consultant

What Client is looking for?
Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS and FCCS, ARCS implementations.
Candidate must have experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology.
Must be capable to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation.
Candidate must be able to participate in transition and warranty support.
Must have experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.
Must have end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle s EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, FCCS and ARCS etc.
Functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting specially with financial, workforce and project module.
Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design.
Experience in business process redesign or transformation.
Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore.
Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and demos, run pilots to showcase EPM products.
Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
Hands on experience in building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM automate scripts etc.).
Ability to build data integrations and design dashboards and reports.
Preferred Skill and Experience
End to end integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems like ERP Finance, HR system etc.
Experience in client facing roles Conducting workshops/CRP s/User story clarification sessions.
Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc.
Should have the ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
