Required Education:
Bachelor s degree and project management experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk.
Required Certifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM certification required or in the process of obtaining certification
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives as an experienced agency project manager.
Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices.
Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel. Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned.
This role will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and aligned with organizational objectives.
Plan and conduct project status and review meetings. Prepare project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and sponsors. Must be able to work with a diverse group of professionals in all levels of the agency.
Prepare necessary documentation to support project initiatives. Manage development of project documentation for new services assigned. Ensure all required project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage in ongoing process improvement around delivery, methodology and other relevant areas. Identify potential problems proactively and facilitate problem resolutions by implementing risk mitigation strategies.

o Development and Compliance Monitoring technology solution

o Agency Business Continuity
o Space Needs Assess facility requirements for a new location that supports workforce needs, operational efficiency, and future growth.
