Role: Project/Program Manager

Rate: 50/hr

Location: Remote (Must work PST hours)

Project Duration: 2+ Months

The role supports Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization within the Networking Hardware Planning function, focusing on demand and supply planning, supportability analysis, and reporting for network devices. This position interfaces with cross-functional stakeholders from project initiation through delivery to ensure accurate supply planning, visibility of risks, and timely decision-making.

Responsibilities:

The resource will be responsible for generating weekly demand and supply supportability assessments, analyzing week-over-week changes, and validating complex, connected datasets to ensure reporting accuracy.

A key aspect of the role includes maintaining traceability of demand, supply, and supportability messaging while driving consistency and standardization across networking devices.

This role also leads continuous improvement efforts by enhancing existing Power BI reports, partnering with engineering teams to develop internal tools, and productionizing dashboards that provide insights into supply position, gaps, and "what-if" scenarios for supply planning.

The candidate will document data sources, calculations, assumptions, and processes to enable scalable and sustainable reporting for supply chain operations.

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in MS-SQL, Kusto, and Business Intelligence platforms, along with excellent communication skills to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

The candidate must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, capable of manually validating systems and data to maintain high standards of accuracy.

Collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Component Planning, Sourcing, and Execution teams is essential.
