Project Manager Oracle Fusion

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager Oracle Fusion in Tarrytown, NY.

Responsibilities:
* Lead medium-to-large IT projects, with a focus on Oracle Fusion boundary systems integration and related technology initiatives
* Manage projects from initial planning and discovery through implementation, delivery, and closeout
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery expectations
* Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, establish scope, and define project objectives
* Track progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations while driving deliverables to completion
* Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders and leadership
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to support successful project execution
* Prepare project status updates, financial reporting, forecasts, and other PMO documentation
* Support business case development, project estimates, investment planning, and resource requirements
* Monitor project financials and ensure forecasts, actual costs, and expenditures remain aligned
* Maintain required project documentation and ensure technical deliverables meet established quality standards
* Facilitate project closeout and lessons-learned activities to support continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent professional experience
* Extensive IT project management experience, including large-scale Oracle Fusion integration initiatives involving boundary or connected systems
* Experience managing technology projects across the full development and implementation lifecycle
* Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and external project resources
* Strong experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Strong understanding of SDLC and project management practices, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk, and change management
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
* Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
* Proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments
* Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
* Ability to prioritize competing demands, make informed decisions, and drive projects forward in fast-paced environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
