Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: Approximately 9.5 months
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support enterprise access operations and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, partner with stakeholders at all levels, and drive efficiencies across access and identity workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support the full user provisioning lifecycle, including application and system access requests
- Work hands-on with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt IGA or SailPoint
- Review and evaluate existing access workflows to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to design and implement streamlined solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for access-related requests, providing a high level of customer service to technical teams, business users, and executive leadership
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking related to identity and access operations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and security standards are maintained across all IAM processes
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within Identity & Access Management environments
- Strong understanding of user provisioning and application access workflows
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) experience
- Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, PEGA, or similar tools)
- Active Directory / LDAP experience
- Mainframe technologies such as RACF and DB2
- Remote access tools (VPN, RSA SecurID, Citrix)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
Compensation and Benefits:The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $73.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
