Someone with SuccessFactors + Salesforce or ServiceNow + HRIS functional experience + requirements analysis.
Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Systems Project Manager to support a complex ecosystem of HR systems and applications. This role operates at the intersection of HR, Operations, and Technology, managing the intake, analysis, and delivery of HR system incidents, enhancements, and initiatives.
The environment includes core HR platforms such as SuccessFactors and JDE, alongside multiple custom-built applications supporting operational workflows. This role requires strong analytical ability, comfort working with ambiguity, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Requirements Analysis
- Manage a high-volume intake queue of HR system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
- Analyze ambiguous or incomplete tickets to determine business needs and impact.
- Collaborate with operations teams (including offshore teams) to clarify requirements.
- Translate requests into functional documentation such as user stories or lightweight BRDs.
Program & Delivery Management
- Act as a delivery lead for HR systems initiatives in environments with limited formal IT ownership.
- Maintain visibility across large backlogs and prioritize workstreams.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure organized delivery within a complex and legacy-heavy technology landscape.
Project & Enhancement Leadership
- Lead HR system initiatives end-to-end from discovery through implementation.
- Support projects related to:
- Travel and credentialing processes
- Coordinate integrations between HR systems, digital platforms, and middleware.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in HR systems delivery, HRIS analysis, or project/program management
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle, or Workday
- Strong ability to analyze unclear requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce case management
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
- Background supporting HR transformation or HR system migrations
