Summary

Role :Platform Administration – Profisee MDM

Location: Canada (Remote)

Duration : 12 Months

•Administer & support the Profisee MDM platform across development, test, and production environments

•Monitor and manage:

oMDM batch jobs, workflows, and publishing processes

oData loads, survivorship processing, and match/merge execution

•Configure and maintain:

oEntity models, hierarchies, and attributes (as designed by the MDM Product Owner)

oSecurity roles, permissions, and access controls

•Troubleshoot MDM processing failures, data issues, and integration errors

•Coordinate upgrades, patches, & environment refresh in partnership with vendors & infrastructure teams
