Profisee MDM Architect

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Profisee MDM Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Profisee MDM platform, strong data governance knowledge, and experience integrating MDM with enterprise systems such as OMS, ERP, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Profisee
Lead end-to-end implementation of Profisee MDM including configuration and deployment
Develop and maintain data models, hierarchies, and relationships for key domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.)
Configure matching, merging, and survivorship rules to ensure high data quality
Implement data governance frameworks, workflows, and stewardship processes
Integrate Profisee with enterprise systems like Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouses
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data standards, policies, and governance strategies
Oversee data migration, cleansing, and consolidation efforts
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Management / MDM solutions
3+ years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM
Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
Experience in MDM implementation and architecture design
Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, and/or Azure Data Factory
Experience integrating MDM with OMS, ERP, CRM systems
Strong understanding of matching & survivorship rules
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Cloud / Data Platforms
Exposure to data governance tools and frameworks
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise MDM implementations
Knowledge of API-based integrations and microservices architecture
