Job Title: Information Security Analyst 3 / IAM Enablement Analyst

Top Requirements:5+ years of Information Security experience with strong focus on IAMExperience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skillsPlusses:Experience in large financial services or regulated environmentsExperience working with IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with Agile/product-driven environmentsExperience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue triageStrong understanding of IAM principles (MFA, identity governance, zero trust)Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Analysis deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Partner with business teams to support adoption of enterprise IAM services
- Translate IAM capabilities into practical business solutions and workflows
- Support application onboarding, migrations, and access transitions
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for IAM implementations
- Triage IAM-related issues and coordinate resolution across cybersecurity, IAM, and application teams
- Gather user feedback and identify pain points related to access and authentication processes
- Translate feedback into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams
- Analyze business requirements and align IAM solutions with user needs
- Support continuous improvement of IAM services and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations effectively to leadership
