Top Requirements:7+ years of Information Security experience with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, and transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skillsPlusses:Experience in large financial services or regulated environmentsExperience with cloud/hybrid IAM (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Active Directory)Familiarity with Agile tools and product-driven environments (Jira, Confluence)Experience leading UAT and business adoption initiativesStrong understanding of IAM principles (MFA, PAM, identity governance, zero trust)Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Analysis. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Analysis challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by partnering with business and technology teams
- Translate IAM capabilities (authentication, access control, identity governance) into business-friendly solutions
- Support application onboarding, migrations, and access transitions across cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure IAM solutions meet business expectations
- Serve as escalation point for complex IAM issues, coordinating cross-team resolution efforts
- Analyze business workflows and align IAM solutions to real-world access needs
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve IAM services and user experience
- Partner with IAM product and engineering teams to influence enhancements and backlog priorities
- Apply IAM security principles (least privilege, zero trust) to solution design and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity, application teams, and business units
- Identify root causes of access challenges and drive remediation strategies
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
