QE1 - Automation Quality Engineer I Job Description:
· Execute manual and automated tests.
· Investigate test failures in CI/CD pipelines. Provide root cause analysis, propose solutions, and fixes.
· Proactive communication.
· Designing and automating new tests.
· Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution.
· Regular interaction with teams located in different geographical regions
Requirements for the role: Minimum Requirements:
· 2+ years of professional work experience as a Software Development Engineer or Software Quality Engineer
· Experience with programming/test automation in Swift, Python, Java or other Programming Languages
· Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution
· Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English Ideal Requirements:
· Familiar with Apple OS platforms, debugging or profiling tools
· Proven ability to analyze and find root causes in multi-tiered, client-server environments
· Testing server backend services at the API or protocol level
· Able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
· Curious and proactive. Loves to learn and explore.
· Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
· Previous experience working with LLM''s & Virtual Assistants is a plus
· Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
