Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Industry Consultant with strong expertise in the Telecom & Media domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in telecom service lifecycle activities, particularly around service design and provisioning for telecom products.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Telecom Design and Provisioning
Experience with Order Grooming and Service Disconnects
Hands-on experience with telecom products including:

Transport Services
Ethernet Services
Voice Services
Off-Net Services

Good understanding of telecom operations, workflows, and service delivery processes

Nice to Have:

Experience with ASRI Pro or other Lumen Technologies internal systems
Prior experience working with Lumen Technologies or deep knowledge of Lumen operational systems and processes

Preferred Candidate Profile:

8+ years of telecom industry experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
