- Consultant to support our team in diagnosing current-state ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving execution of operating rhythm and governance/ways of working changes. The ideal contractor has strong strategic thinking capabilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven consulting toolkit that enables them to translate ambiguity into clear problem statements, actionable recommendations, and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Discovery & Analysis Conduct structured discovery sessions and interviews to understand current operating model, processes, decision flows, and team interactions.
- Identify pain points, gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes across people, process, technology, and governance.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and problem statements.
Strategy & Recommendation Development- Develop options, hypotheses, and recommendations for operating model adjustments and workflow enhancements.
- Redesign or propose changes to the operating rhythm, including cadences, governance, decision-making forums, and cross-functional touchpoints.
- Translate insights into strategic frameworks and clear narrative storylines.
Execution & Change Support- Partner with leaders and teams to implement agreed-upon operating model and rhythm changes.
- Support rollout of new processes, meeting structures, communication norms, and accountability mechanisms.
- Monitor progress, surface risks, and adjust implementation plans as needed.
Facilitation & Collaboration- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and alignment forums to gather input, build consensus, and drive decisions.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous discussions.
- Deliverable Creation Produce high-quality presentations, analyses, frameworks, and materials that communicate insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Create documentation that supports adoption and sustainability of new operating rhythms and processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
