Program Manager 4 (IT Project Management)
Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Schedule: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support large-scale healthcare workforce transformation initiatives within a statewide program environment. This role will focus on workforce development strategy, stakeholder engagement, healthcare policy coordination, program implementation, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead healthcare workforce transformation and planning initiatives
Manage workforce development programs, training initiatives, and healthcare education projects
Coordinate with healthcare organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and community stakeholders
Oversee vendor/subrecipient contracts, reporting, compliance, and program evaluations
Support workforce analytics, policy research, and healthcare system planning efforts
Facilitate stakeholder communication, outreach campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Required Experience:
- Healthcare workforce development or public health programs
- Program/Project Management experience in healthcare or public sector environments
- Health policy, workforce planning, or healthcare administration experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with reporting, compliance, and performance tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with healthcare agencies or public health organizations
Knowledge of rural healthcare initiatives and workforce challenges
Experience with workforce analytics and policy research
Education:
Master s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, HR, Education, or related field preferred.
