Role Overview

Lead complex, cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints. Drive alignment, execution, and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systems
  • Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendors
  • Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiatives
  • Support roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
  • Manage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment validation
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and store operational requirements
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades
  • Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
  • Strong understanding of POS architectures, store systems, and omnichannel retail flows
  • Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
  • Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
