Role Overview

Serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team, responsible for enabling member benefit configuration strategies through design, implementation, and execution of configuration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the Configuration workstream for large Government implementations (Medicaid, Medicare, Med/Surgical).
• Lead and represent Configuration in cross-functional meetings, ensuring accurate capture of business and technical requirements.
• Design, implement, execute, and troubleshoot configuration solutions using Business Configuration toolsets.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting for automated configuration processes.
• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers; perform data validation.
• Build and execute SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs.
• Act as a Business Analyst, documenting requirements, process flows, and executing testing for automation enhancements.
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and provide configuration feedback for onboarding new client plans.
• Collaborate with Configuration leadership on roadmap initiatives supporting automation of EyeMed s product and network offerings.
• Self-manage and prioritize work to meet SLAs, KPIs, and project timelines.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and EyeMed leadership.

MUST-HAVE Technical & Functional Skills

• SQL / Database Experience (Oracle SQL preferred)
• Healthcare Claims Understanding & Benefit Configuration
• Facets (Claims & Configuration)
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively in cross-functional environments

• Automation Tools: EyeMed s homegrown automation tool developed in Informatica
• Testing Tools:
• Oracle SQL Data validation
• Facets Claims testing

Desired Qualifications (Top 3 5)

• 5+ years of experience with:
• Facets platform
• Medical Plan Benefit Configuration
• Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
• Medicare and Medicaid programs
• Strong SQL and database expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick learning capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing across teams

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Flexibility available based on depth of hands-on configuration and Facets experience
